Janab Abdul Rauf Khan, also known as Abdul Rauf Pardhan, was a remarkable social worker and a true people's leader. He served with dedication and sincerity as the Gram Pardhan of Birdpur No. 05, Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh always placing the welfare of his community above all else.

Known for his kind heart and helping nature, he extended support to countless families in times of need. His leadership was not just about holding a position—it was about making a difference. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the families he uplifted, and the community he served selflessly.

जनाब अब्दुल रऊफ खान (रहमतुल्लाह अलैहि)

जनाब अब्दुल रऊफ खान, जिन्हें अब्दुल रऊफ प्रधान के नाम से जाना जाता था, एक महान समाजसेवी और सच्चे जन नेता थे। उन्होंने ग्राम प्रधान के रूप में बर्डपुर नं. 05, सिद्धार्थनगर, उत्तर प्रदेश में सेवा की, और हमेशा अपने गाँव और लोगों की भलाई को प्राथमिकता दी।

He is the Founder and President of ARP Foundation Educational & Welfare Society, which is actively working towards the upliftment of underprivileged communities through education, social welfare, and empowerment initiatives. Inspired by his late father JANAB ADBUL RAUF KHAN, a well-known and honorable Gram Pradhan, JANAB VAZHUL KAMAR KHAN carries forward a legacy of leadership, integrity, and service.
