Founding and Legacy

The foundation of Madrasa Faizul Uloom Belahri was laid by Janab Abdul Rauf Khan, a respected and visionary leader in the community. His dedication to Islamic education, social welfare, and community upliftment laid the groundwork for a strong educational and moral legacy.

In continuation of his vision, his son, Janab Vazhual Kamar Khan, founded the ARP Foundation Educational and Welfare Society, under whose leadership the Madrasa Faizul Uloom Belahri is now managed. This institution continues to uphold the values, mission, and vision originally set forth by Abdul Rauf Khan.

ARP Foundation Educational and Welfare Society is a personalized, family-led foundation established with the mission to help people through education, welfare, and community development. Although it is founded and managed by the family of Janab Abdul Rauf Khan, its purpose is to serve the public and uplift the underprivileged, regardless of background.

The foundation is privately organized, but its goals are for the public good — focusing on education, social welfare, and religious services through institutions like Madrasa Faizul Uloom Belahri.

Family Background

Janab Abdul Rauf Khan was blessed with three sons:

  1. Munawwar Husain 

  2. Tayyab Husain

  3. Vazhul Kamar

Organizational Leadership Structure

  • Founder & President: VAZHUL KAMAR ABDUL RAUF KHAN

  • Vice President: Shakir Husain Vazhul Kamar Khan

  • Manager: Shehzad Alam (Gaya Nagar)

Madrasa Faizul Uloom Belahri

  • Nazim & Manager: Mohammad Matibullah Belahri

This madrasa functions under the management and supervision of the ARP Foundation, ensuring smooth operations, educational excellence, and community welfare.

Leadership & Succession Policy

  • The positions of President and Vice President of the ARP Foundation shall only be held by the family members of Janab Abdul Rauf Khan.

  • Only Abdul Rauf Khan’s family members have the authority to elect the President and Vice President of the Foundation.

  • In the event of an emergency, or if there is no sitting President or Vice President, a new leadership may be appointed only if the majority of Abdul Rauf Khan’s family agrees and elects the successors.

This policy ensures that the leadership remains in alignment with the founding family’s values, preserving the legacy of service and commitment to the community.
